Job Description:
Cook
A cook position is responsible for preparing food items and menu items in accordance with company standards and guidelines. They are responsible for the preparation of food for restaurant customers.
Busser
A Busser is a restaurant professional who is responsible for making sure that tables are set, silverware is placed correctly, and glasses stay full. They support the waiter staff to ensure all tables are set and cleared in a timely manner.
Host
To greet, seat and ensure that the guests are given prompt and courteous service by an answering the telephone, utilizing seating charts, wait lists and representing the company in accordance with policies and procedures.
F&B Support – Steward
F&B Support will be responsible for maintaining sanitary standards, tending to customers, and basic administrative tasks. The duty will include ensuring all stations are stocked, keeping all areas clean and sterile, cleaning and putting away dishes, wiping down tables, emptying rubbish, answering the phone, and taking table reservations.
Housekeeper
Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and property common areas, including hallways. Participants will also be expected to act in a public relations capacity by providing information and assistance to the guests.

Housing information:
Vail does not guarantee housing, although during summer they are usually able to offer it. Prices range from $450-800 per month
